Nature of Populations
The region is characterized by its tribal nature, where Islamic customs, traditions and values govern the behavior of individuals and dominate many of their actions in many social situations.
Most of the region's residents work in the following areas: public jobs; armed forces; tourism sector; commercial, service and vocational sectors; and agricultural sector.
The residents of the area, like other Jordanians, are characterized by hospitality and generosity, and everyone who visits the area finds safety and love among the people of the region.
